Job Title: Designer

A leading precast concrete and prefabricated building systems manufacturer is seeking a talented Designer to join their architecture and design-build group. Role and Responsibilities: As a Designer, you will play a critical role in translating design intent into buildable precast and prefabricated systems. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure that designs are feasible and meet project specifications. Your responsibilities will include:

Producing architectural design and construction documentation using Revit (for architectural designers) or detailing precast concrete components and connections using Tekla Structures (for precast technical designers).
Assisting in the development of project plans and specifications, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements.
Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.
Coordinating with various stakeholders to address design challenges and optimize solutions.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform your designs.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design using Revit or in precast/structural detailing using Tekla Structures.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in design software relevant to the role (Revit for architectural designers or Tekla Structures for precast technical designers).
Preferred certifications include Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
