What You’ll Do
Oversee key multifamily housing projects in the Boston region from the owner's representative perspective
Collaboratively work with developers, large corporations, general contractors, and public housing authorities
Ensure project deliverables are met according to timelines and within budget
Strategize and implement best practices in project management and construction
Visit and inspect job sites, coordinating closely with on-site teams
What You Bring
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
Specific experience in multifamily and affordable housing projects
Detailed knowledge of the Boston area's housing and construction markets
Strong managerial ability, with excellent communication and organization skills
Flexibility to work remotely and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
