Job Title: Project Manager - Architecture

A leading precast concrete and prefabricated building systems manufacturer is seeking a talented Project Manager to join its architectural design-build group. Role and Responsibilities:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing architectural design-build projects from pursuit to delivery, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the design coordination process, collaborating with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client specifications.
Driving project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to facilitate seamless project execution and communication throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Utilizing Revit and BIM/VDC tools to enhance project design and coordination, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Overseeing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, to maintain transparency and accountability.
Conducting regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial building projects, preferably within a design-build environment.
Experience with precast concrete and/or building enclosure systems is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Revit and BIM/VDC software, with a strong understanding of architectural design processes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-facing presence.
Preferred certifications include Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
