Job Title: Senior Drafter - Specialized in Revit, Rhino, CAD

Location: City of Industry, CA

Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 base salary with bonus potential

A high-performing stone and tile contractor, renowned for its extensive work on interior designs and anchored stone facades for large high-rise buildings, is in search for a Senior Drafter. We place a significant emphasis on 3D design. The ideal candidate will therefore have substantial experience with Revit and Rhino, in addition to CAD skills.

What You'll Do:

• Create detailed 3D designs for various projects using Revit, Rhino and CAD.
• Address design specifications and perform intricate drafting tasks.
• Contribute to project planning and strategizing sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to manage project revisions and updates.
• Deliver quality assurance for all drafts and designs, ensuring construction feasibility.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in drafting, particularly stone and tile drafting.
• Mastery of 3D design tools, specifically Revit and Rhino.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
