Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Civil Construction

Location: Valencia, California area (with potential project-specific locations within a 45-mile radius)

Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000, based on experience (with potential bonus or equity opportunities)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a deep background in heavy civil construction for a unique opportunity within a leading construction firm. This role offers the chance to apply your managerial skills and industry expertise to advanced projects in and around the Valencia, CA area. What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage a diverse range of heavy civil construction projects
Engage with project stakeholders and manage expectations effectively
Optimize project performance and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
Collaborate with the project team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Provide timely and thorough project status reports

What You Bring:

A minimum of 10 years' experience in heavy civil construction
At least 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Preferred experience with Caltrans regulations and projects
Proficiency with MS Office, Hard Dollar software, Vista by Viewpoint ERP System, and HCSS applications
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
