Job Title: Concrete Superintendent - Heavy Civil Construction, MDOT Experience!

Location: Detroit, Michigan

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 plus benefits, bonus potential, company truck, and gas card

What You'll Do:

Supervise daily concrete operations and field crews, ensuring top-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Coordinate scheduling, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
Cultivate strong professional relationships with project managers and clients.
Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
Train and mentor crew members, fostering a high-performance work environment.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge and experience with concrete paving methods, equipment, and materials.
Ability to manage crews in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A valid driver's license.
DOT and local agency roadway paving experience with machine paver (slipform) is highly recommended.
