Job Title: Project Executive

We are a leading manufacturer specializing in precast concrete and prefabricated building systems, utilizing a design-build delivery model in the greater Sacramento region. Role and Responsibilities:

As a Project Executive, you will provide executive oversight across a diverse portfolio of precast and prefabricated design-build projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing project performance, including profit and loss (P&L) and margin accountability, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Building and nurturing senior client and partner relationships to enhance collaboration and project success.
Strategically managing resources across projects to optimize efficiency and output.
Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Mentoring and providing leadership to Project Managers (PM) and Senior Project Managers (SPM), fostering professional growth and skill development within the team.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to company standards and project specifications.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and project delivery.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial construction or precast environments, with a strong background in project delivery.
Proven track record in a project executive or director-level leadership role, demonstrating expertise in overseeing large-scale projects.
Strong financial acumen with experience handling P&L responsibilities and margin management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience in risk management and strategic resource allocation.
Preferred certifications include Professional Engineer (PE) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Willingness to relocate to the West Sacramento area for this on-site position.
