What You’ll Do:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake meetings and sourcing to candidate evaluation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure
Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the construction industry
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients ensuring positive experiences
Work closely with the team to identify and implement best practices and process improvements
Stay up-to-date with market trends and advancements in both recruitment and construction

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Full-Desk Recruiter, preferably in the construction industry
Exceptional aptitude for building strong, lasting relationships
Knowledge of various sourcing strategies and tools
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Benefits & Compensation:

Base salary of $70,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience
