What You’ll Do

Oversee all aspects of commercial projects from initial planning to completion.
Effectively manage project schedule, expenses, and quality control.
Collaborate with cross-function teams to ensure project execution meets expectations.
Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all necessary compliance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

1-5 years of commercial project management experience from a reputable general contractor.
A proven track record in successfully managing commercial construction projects.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to deliver projects on-time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
Construction Management degree or related field would be considered an asset.
