Proactively identify project risks and work with the team to develop practical solutions.
Prepare thorough documentation of assumptions, commitments, buyout strategies, risks, and outstanding items for a seamless turnover to Operations.
Participate in periodic travel for client and design meetings, subcontractor discussions, and visits to active or prospective project sites.
Support the team during critical project milestones, which may require occasional extended hours around bid deadlines and proposal submissions.
