Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

A leading manufacturer specializing in precast concrete and prefabricated building systems, employing a design-build delivery model, is seeking a skilled Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their operations team in West Sacramento, CA. Role and Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of precast and prefabricated building system projects from contract award through project closeout. Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and margins to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborating closely with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project execution and meet quality standards.
Leading field coordination efforts for precast erection, ensuring all safety and operational protocols are followed.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing them with consistent project updates and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Conducting regular project reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentoring junior project staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in managing commercial construction or precast projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client service and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Preferred certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
